Join Charity Joy for a Soul -Soothing Sunday morning practice that celebrates you and the simple Joy of being.

Rooted in breath, moving in harmony, and deep listening, this experience invites you to move with intention -connecting with yourself, the land, and those around you.

Through a joyful physical flow movement, you'll be gently guided to come home to your body and the moment.

All are welcome. No experience is needed. Just bring your breath, an open heart, and a willingness to be moved. Leave feeling nurtured, embodied, and with a soft smile on your face.

On the second Saturday of every month, resident artists Jennifer Baldwin-Schafer will host a workshop on the Farm. Jennifer works with all mediums and explores new and old world techniques. As a teacher at St. Anthony’s HS, Jennifer provides detailed instruction for beginners and experts alike.

Classes run from 5-7:30pm, and all materials are provided. Lite refreshments also served.

Backyard Biodynamics

Embark on a transformative journey into the world of biodynamic farming practices with Sonomi Obinata in this enlightening four-part series. Explore the essence of harmony with nature as you delve into this simplified version of biodynamic gardening to bring home to your own backyard. Elevate your home garden to new heights of sustainability and vitality with the wisdom shared in this comprehensive course.

Part 1: Saturday, May 10, 2 PM – 4 PM – Wake Up The Soil

  • Learn to prepare Horn Manure to invigorate your soil. Receive guidance on planting herbs, flowers, and vegetables, and choose from KK’s heirloom starters to kickstart your biodynamic garden.​

Part 2: Saturday, June 7, 2 PM – 4 PM – Pest Control

  • Discover natural, earth-friendly techniques for pest and fungal management in biodynamic gardening including ashing and horsetail tea.

Part 3: Saturday, July 12, 6 AM – 8 AM – Light

  • Explore the use of silica to enhance photosynthesis in plants. Participate in an early morning ritual observing the effects of silica as the sun rises, with coffee provided.​ After, we will explore composting and the importance of infusing soul into soil!

Part 4: Saturday, October 4, 2 PM – 4 PM – Preparing for Winter

  • Learn strategies to prepare your garden for winter, ensuring it remains active and rejuvenated for the next spring season.
